What can I expect from Astra Lumina?
Astra Lumina Seattle is a one mile long enchanted night walk through a botanical garden of varying terrain that guides visitors on a journey to discover the wonder of visiting stars. Through the magic of projections, lighting, and music, astral energy transforms the garden into a celestial pathway, connecting visitors to the stars and the vast world around them.

The event will take place at the Seattle Chinese Garden located at 6000 16th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 45-60 min at this experience.
Will food or beverage be available onsite for purchase?
Yes, there will be beverages and snacks available for purchase. Outside food & beverage is not permitted on the premises.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance on the ticketing page and onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note we do not accept cash.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
The event takes place at an outdoor botanical garden, where the ground and pathways are narrow or uneven in some places. Situated on a natural hillside location, you will surely trek a bit of dirt or other ground elements with you. As such, we strongly recommend you are outfitted for light outdoor activity.
Will there be merchandise for sale?

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. Please note we do not accept cash. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.

What are the different ticket options and prices?
Tickets are sold per person and include entry to the experience:
- Adult - General Admission Adult
- Child (4 to 12) - General Admission Child
- Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26), or Military - General Admission Senior/Student/Military
- Family Bundle - Minimum 3 ticket purchase, of which max 2 are adults discounted for families
- Group Bundle - Minimum 8 ticket purchase discounted for groups
Available add-ons (entry not included):
- Celestial Package - a double-walled vacuum-sealed Astra Lumina tumbler plus a beverage of choice(event entry and parking not included)
- Parking Pre-Purchase - on-site parking at Seattle Chinese Garden (event entry not-included). Limited spots available - purchase in advance for the best price.
Ticket prices start at $29 for adults and $21 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
What happens if it rains?
The experience is a rain or shine event, so we will continue to run through most rainy conditions. Tickets may only be rescheduled if an event is canceled due to inclement weather.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I pay with cash at the venue?
Unfortunately, no. The venue is a cashless site.
Can I make a group booking?

About access to the event
Who is required to complete a liability waiver?
All guests are required to complete a Liability Waiver upon arriving on site. Children under 18 years of age must be added to their parent’s or legal guardian’s waiver. Please show a confirmation email of completion at time of arrival.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
We may not be able to guarantee entry if you do not show up at the time indicated on your ticket. Please give yourself enough time to park and check in for the event, including providing proof of your completed Liability Waiver. If you do arrive late, we may ask you to wait until we can accommodate you.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Astra Lumina Seattle takes place within the Seattle Chinese Garden in areas with bumpy, dirt pathways that are narrow or uneven in many places. It is therefore not recommended and not easily accessible for those who require mobility equipment or special assistance. Limited sessions are available for guests who may require special assistance to travel the path.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons (including off duty officers), flash photography, outside food or alcohol, light-up accessories that distract from the experience, or anything that may disturb other patrons are prohibited. All guests must pass through metal detectors and bag check before entering the experience. Bags will be subject to search before entering the experience.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are permitted on the trail, however be mindful that there are areas with bumpy, dirt pathways that are narrow or uneven which can make pushing a stroller difficult.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please
contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be strobe lights or fog effects?
The event contains many strong lighting effects, of which some may flicker or strobe. Some exhibits also have high levels of fog effects.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there is only limited seating available along the trail.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms/portable toilets are available at the event - please ask our staff on site for indications.
May I smoke or vape?
No, smoking/vaping is not allowed at this experience.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to use flash or to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Don’t forget to share your best photos on social media and tag us @astraluminaexperience and use #astraluminaexperience.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This event is recommended for adults and children over 4 years of age. While we welcome young children to participate, please be aware the experience takes place at night and requires trekking about one mile through natural, uneven terrain.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
